Neck Pillow
INSTRUCTIONS:
For Warmth: drop essential oils onto your neck pillow. I prefer lavender, eucalyptus, or peppermint! Next, lay flat, heat 2 minute in the microwave, knead pack, microwave again for 2 minutes, and then remove from microwave. Lastly, knead pack to release heat and apply it to your neck or achy muscles.
*Minutes are based off of a 700 watt. microwave, so your time for heating your neck pillow may be different.
For Cooling: You may also use for cooling by placing it in a Ziplock in the freezer for a couple of hours. Use as a cold press on needed areas of your body.
* Do not get product wet.
