INSTRUCTIONS
For warmth: Microwave 30 sec. and add 1 drop of essential oil to the pack. Microwave may vary, add minutes for desired heat but do not burn. Do not get the product wet. Place eye pillow on eyes to provide refreshment and relief. Also, use as a cooling pillow for puffy and tired eyes.
For cooling: Place it in a ziplock in the freezer.
